The real estate market has its eye on millennial and baby boomers who are looking for more affordable and smaller home choices according to PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2016 annual report. Demand for new and alternative housing options such as microhousing (tiny homes) and cohousing (a community of private homes supplemented by shared facilities).
