From projects planned and started in 2025 to completion in 2026, more than 9 in 10 US homeowners surveyed (91%) say they will move forward with their planned renovation in 2026.
My experience as a designer who regularly partners with homeowner renovations, the primary space and the kitchen space are at the top of consideration when it comes to updating a home.
Homeowners will also rely on pros to bring their renovations to life, 93% according to the Renovation Report. The Southeastern Showhouse is a blend of 1800’s influenced architecture with a contemporary elegance.
