Merchandise Characteristics: The handcrafted nature of our products causes variations in color and finishes that result in an “aged or worn” look which are considered to be part of the charm and desirability of the merchandise.
Returns/Damage: All returns must be authorized in writing and in advance by LORETTAWILLISHOME. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify your carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage. Notify LORETTAWILLISHOME to report any damage within three business days post-delivery with accompanying photographs to validate a damage claim.
