Loved the lounge!
Hello Loretta- I have same tile through out a single story villa it’s 2000sg feet. I have carpet in owners suite, and the guest bedroom both same side of house but right and left of each other, with the office in middle with cherry hardwood in reddish/orange honey hue. I also have tile in great room, eating areas ,entry, ktch and laundry room, both bathrooms. I live in SW FLORIDA. What I want to do is put hardwood in both bedrooms but not the same as one as the office. Is that a bad idea? Should I just replace old carpets with newer textures/ pattern type carpeting in the existing bedrooms. I have volume ceilings throughout. Would greatly appreciate your time in a reply back. Thank you for your comment. I must ask if your carpeted bedrooms are visible from the home office? Secondly, I believe it is a great idea to replace the old carpet with hardwood flooring for an updated look. The choice of finish depends on your response to my question. The best option may be to include the office in your flooring update!
